Meet Magdalena Helander — consultant, facilitator, leadership trainer, therapist, and the heart behind Simplify ACT. Since 1999, she’s helped individuals and organizations across sectors and cultures build stronger, more intentional ways of leading, working, and being.
She blends big-picture strategy with human insight, bringing over two decades of experience in:

Fluent in English, Spanish, Swedish, and conversational in French, Magdalena works internationally and cross-culturally — with warmth, presence, and deep respect for every human she meets. Meet Magdalena Helander
Consultant. Therapist. Former Journalist. Lifelong Learner.
Magdalena Helander brings a rare and powerful combination to her work: the sharp eye of a journalist, the strategic mind of a leadership consultant, and the compassionate heart of a therapist.
For more than 20 years, Magdalena worked as a journalist, covering Sweden’s labour market, politics, and social issues. This chapter honed her ability to spot patterns, understand complex systems, and translate them into meaningful human stories. Whether she was leading teams or working solo, the job demanded clarity, speed, curiosity — and above all, integrity.
Eventually, her passion for human development and organizational change led her to a new path. She immersed herself in studies across leadership, adult education, mediation, conflict resolution, gender equality, psychology, and human behaviour — and began using her skills to help others grow.

As a consultant, Magdalena works with leaders, teams, and organizations that want to evolve — not just in performance, but in how they relate, collaborate, and thrive together.
